Summery OOTD
Summer is here! I had to say it, no more school, and no more studying until September.
This is what I whore the first day of summer. What have you guys been up to? My summer has become a combination of going out and lazing around, I've really become into Fringe and many MTV shows but i'll do a post on that later on.
I wore this black dress with a ruffle and paired it with a jean vest I think it gives it a more ''done up'' look to it but still remaining casual. To finish off the look I used some wedges with a flower pattern, I adore these wedges they are pretty comfortable and still stylish and high.
Dress:H&M
Vest:Primark
Wedges:Marypaz
I'm so happy and excited for summer to actually be here! I've been out for less than a week but I'm totally enjoying my summer even thought it has been unbearably hot around here.
Hope you guys are enjoying your summer!

Review: NYX I dream of Nevis
Helloo,
How are you?
So this review is about one of the 5-color eyeshadow palettes, in 06 I dream of Nevis.
The first thing that caught me with these eyeshadows is the texture, its really buttery and soft, which automatically makes the product REALLY pigmented.
Also, I love the color of the eyeshadows there is, they are all really wearable every day, even though there is one that really has a very poor quality.
First shade: It is a matte vanillaish color, it is very smooth and very very pigmented, it is perfect to use as an all-over lid color as well as a highlight shade.
Second shade: A matte skin-tone with a bit of a greyish undertone to it, it is amazingly pigmented, you could use it as a lid color or a crease color too.
Third shade: A frosted taupe color with flecks of really fine silver shimmer, yet it is not too obvious as it only gives a sheen and not a disco ball of shimmer.
Fourth shade: Now this shade is HORRIBLE, it is a shimmery silver color with sparkle and tons of shimmer, it has too much fall out, it doesn't stick to the lid!
Fifth shade: A matte deep brown, I love this shade as an eyeliner, for a more natural look, this shade I superb.
In conclusion, I LOVE this palette, it is perfect for everyday and it has an amazing quality (except for that one shade, but oh well).
Would you repurchase this product again?
YES YES and YES.
Have a nice day loves,
-Andrea, x

Makeup bag: Hippie chic
My looves :),
Today was carnival and in my school we dressed up!! My class, well my whole grade went as hippies, yup we have an extreme imagination, and I think I will be posting an OOTD.
Our school doesn't allow us to wear makeup. However, they do for special ocasions, like this one. Keep in mind that what I took is not for ''normal'' everyday makeup its for special this one and particular ocasion, but i thought it would be fun to show you what I took to school with me.
The bag is from primark, it cost approximately 8€, im not entirely sure.
I took:
- A mirror, mine is from Sfera and it has a mini hair comb inside it.
- Another bag, here I put bracelets and a belt that I actually used as a hair accessory.
- A few a eyeliners, 2 MUFE minis, an essence one and a green kiko one.I also took a sharpener, just in case I needed to sharpen the pencils.
- A bronzy-brown shadow, just to use all over the lid.
- A mascara and a lash curler, I took volume million lashes and my lash curler.
- A garnier roll-on, not the one for eye bags but to cover up blemishes and pimples.
- A perfume sample, I took CH l'eau, which I have full-size, and i thought was perfect for the ocasion as it is florally :).
- Lippies, I took a red lipstick, a berry gloss, a liquidy kind of lipstick (Its fantastic, by kiko and i think it was less than 4€), and a pink lipgloss.
I think that was all :), What are your plans for the weekend? I have to study yay! (sarcasm detected). Also I have to tell you to listen to wake me up by Ed Sheeran, the lyrics are beautiful!!! Did you know today is his birthday?
Talk to you guys another day! Have an awesome weekend, and thanks for reading.
XOXO
-Andrea :)

Valentine's day look
Hi there, so valentines day is supeer close. Do you have a Valentine's? I dont but I can still wear this eye makeup. What are your plans for this year? (oh im sorry the lighting is kinda funny in the pics)
For Eyes: Start applying a pink base on your lid, if you don't have one you could use a normal base and a pink cream blush (just make sure its not really slippery). After that use a light-medium pink (I used Toasted from Urban Decay) on the lid, then for the crease to give more depth to the eyes I used a dark plummy-purple color (I used Hustle from UD as well) , and then to make this fun I used a HOT HOT HOT pink eyeshadow over that (I used Junkshow by UD, yup UD eyeshadows) , and I layered it just because you have more control on the quantity, which is quite helpful if you dont want to look like a clown. I used a warm shimmery gold eyeshadow on the browbone and in the inner corner.
Then I used a champagne eyeliner in my waterline and for the lower lash-line I used a chocolate brown eyeliner, and for the upper lash-line (Winging it out) and tight-line I used a cream brown eyeliner.
| yay! blurred photo! |

Lastly I curled my lashes and applied mascara.
For Cheeks: I did my normal face routine, and for blusher I used a medium pink shimmery blush, and I highlighted with a golden highlighter (Benefit girl meets pearl).
For Lips: I used a pink lipstick (Maybelline's color sensational in 140 intense pink) and a shimmery pink lipgloss (Rimmel's vinyl gloss in 410 Never forget you).
Other bits and bobs
I have been feeling so english these days, every day I end up doing my horrible English accent even more when Im eating cheerios hehehe.
Also for music I've been loving 2 brits (well 6) One direction and Ed Sheeran.
They opened a kiko in my city which is amazing, well not so much for my wallet. An even though Im in a no-buy project, I had to buy 2 polishes to officially welcome it, lets be honest I didn't need to but oh well, expect 2 NOTDs :D. I fell in LOVE with the blush sticks of the new collection, but I was a good girl and didn't buy it, also from the new collection I swatched the jumbo pencil duos and the lasted from 10 AM until the next morning, and yes I washed my hands.
I would like you to tell me good books to read, Im in URGENT need of nice books to read.
So what are you plans for Valentine's day? Books? and anything you want to tell?
Have a super LOVELY week, and an AMAZING Valentine's day!
XOXO,
Andrea

The box project
Hello,
So has it never happened to you that you tend to gravitate to the same makeup products? Well, trying to put a remedy to this I created a small project of mine.
Basically you put in a box or in a makeup bag certain products, and for the next month (or if you have a lot of makeup, it could be for a week, 2 weeks) you can only use what is inside your container.
I have listed the products on my makeup bag, and each time I use one I put a mark next to it to remember I used it. And if I haven't used it a reasonable amount of times, it will be in my bag for the next month.
You don't have to be as strict as me, of course but I find being strict a great way to have a better outcome.
Personally, I am not going to buy any makeup while I am on this project, as I the main purpose is to try and use everything you own to use more products up and kind of reducing your collection, so If you buy more makeup the whole project loses a bit its point, (also I've pretty much saved all the money I've gotten since my birthday since this summer I am going to USA, and there I have the random feeling that has no reason that I am going to want makeup from there)
So from now on, at the end of each month I will be doing a post on the products I discovered I loved/hated, If I used something completely....
What do you think about my project? Will you join me? Any tips?
Love you people! oh and thanks for taking the time to visit my blog.
XOXO
